“Nataly Oryon is not merely a performer; she is a cultural archaeologist who breathes new life into ancient traditions. On stage, she brings a rare combination of crystalline vocal clarity, musical depth, and a magnetic stage presence.”

Moshe Naim - KAN Cultural magazine

Nataly Oryon is an internationally active singer and musician working in the field of Mediterranean world music, with a strong focus on Greek music and Ladino (Sephardi) traditions from Greece and the Balkans.

Her concert performances present a rich musical journey that combines traditional repertoire with original compositions and arrangements, creating a vivid, contemporary concert experience rooted in historical sources and living musical traditions. Through song, rhythm, and language, Oryon brings archival material and personal creation together in performances that are dynamic, expressive, and rhythmically driven.

Oryon performs regularly across Europe and the Mediterranean, appearing in festivals, concert halls, and cultural institutions. Her repertoire includes Greek urban and traditional songs, Ladino repertoire, and music connected to the Jewish communities of Greece and the Balkans, presented in Greek, Ladino, Hebrew, and additional Mediterranean languages.

Her concert explores the musical world of Jewish Thessaloniki, once a major cultural and commercial center for Sephardi and Romaniote Jewish life. Within the concert, selected songs bring forward the voices and stories of Jewish women from Greece and the Balkans, adding a distinct feminine perspective to the broader historical and musical narrative. Through music and narrative, the concert reflects on memory, displacement, resilience, and cultural continuity, while maintaining a celebratory and rhythmically vibrant atmosphere. An album based on this repertoire is scheduled for release later this year.

Oryon has toured extensively in Europe, including performances in Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, and Italy. In September 2025, she opened the international ARS SACRA Festival in Romania, and presented  two concerts at the Sibiu International Theatre Festival 2026.

She has shared the stage with prominent Greek artists such as Glykeria, Manolis Pappos, and Babis Tsertos, and collaborates regularly with musicians across different traditions.
